i was so excited by the breakfast quality. it really reached a high standard. i also thought the discounted parking on tanner row was easy and spot on. the room facilities were perfect, i mean the shower. was amazing!
The bathroom facilities were not very good. They were clean, but there was very little space. i also did not like the corridors to get to the rooms. they felt very dark and narrow.

The hotel location was good. I found the room clean on my arrival.
The room design seemed odd. The bathroom lacked a door. it had a window into the bedroom. This setup offered little privacy. the television faced sideways from the bedwith an uncomfortable viewing angle.

The hotel's location was perfect. Everything was within walking distance. The room was super clean, and it had modern décor I liked. I especially enjoyed the rooftop restaurant and bar. It had a great atmosphere and friendly staff.

The reception staff were very cute, they facilitated an early check in. Upon noting my birthday, a voucher for complimentary prosecco was given. The secure covered car park was a great convenience. The room design displayed thoughtfulness, including hooks for coats, reading lights, and a concealed TV. The bed featured high quality bedlinen.
The room lighting made it difficult to prepare for the evening, I found the fixed bathroom mirror too low. I think a mirror at the desk would fix this.

Restaurant staff were friendly, I booked half board and the food was delicious with a two-course meal available. The meals were worth the money, and breakfast was also very good. The overall service created a tender atmosphere.

i enjoyed a very pleasant stay. the reception staff gave a warm welcome upon my arrival. they booked me for my evening meal in the bar. the staff had yorkshire charm and warmth, i thought. my room was contemporary, perfect for a night away.
the bathroom lighting was terrible, so i needed to open all the curtains to get ready.
