The location was great. It was easy to reach from the train station, it made traveling with luggage simple. the room was spacious, and a sofa bed was prepared for a child, thoughtful. cleanliness was good, and breakfast had an acceptable standard.
The spa remained closed until my departure day. This was disappointing since it was my main reason for choosing this place. despite it being closed initially, i couldn't pre-book for my last day. the lighting in the room proved challenging. It was difficult to apply makeup.

excellent breakfast perfect facilities little space dark corridors
i was so excited by the breakfast quality. it really reached a high standard. i also thought the discounted parking on tanner row was easy and spot on. the room facilities were perfect, i mean the shower. was amazing!
The bathroom facilities were not very good. They were clean, but there was very little space. i also did not like the corridors to get to the rooms. they felt very dark and narrow.

The hotel's location was perfect. Everything was within walking distance. The room was super clean, and it had modern décor I liked. I especially enjoyed the rooftop restaurant and bar. It had a great atmosphere and friendly staff.

The staff were great. They were available to assist with any requests. They provided prompt service. They were also helpful with directions and local recommendations. I am grateful for their excellent assistance.

The breakfast offered many choices and fresh ingredients. The rooftop restaurant was a particular highlight. It offered superb views and a sophisticated menu. The bar staff were knowledgeable and created delicious cocktails, which I found good.

The hotel is a short walk from the train station, very convenient. Major attractions are only a 10-minute walk away! though the river is also close by. The proximity to various amenities enhances the overall experience.

Really good City Hotel Experience

The reception staff were very cute, they facilitated an early check in. Upon noting my birthday, a voucher for complimentary prosecco was given. The secure covered car park was a great convenience. The room design displayed thoughtfulness, including hooks for coats, reading lights, and a concealed TV. The bed featured high quality bedlinen.
The room lighting made it difficult to prepare for the evening, I found the fixed bathroom mirror too low. I think a mirror at the desk would fix this.

Restaurant staff were friendly, I booked half board and the food was delicious with a two-course meal available. The meals were worth the money, and breakfast was also very good. The overall service created a tender atmosphere.

The breakfast choice was great, I loved the fruit, pastries, and yoghurt. Cooked breakfast items had good quality and preparation. The rooftop Sora bar offered drinks plus views, ambience, and decor.

charming getaway
warm welcome reception staff perfect night
i enjoyed a very pleasant stay. the reception staff gave a warm welcome upon my arrival. they booked me for my evening meal in the bar. the staff had yorkshire charm and warmth, i thought. my room was contemporary, perfect for a night away.
the bathroom lighting was terrible, so i needed to open all the curtains to get ready.

the waitress bethan knew the menu well. she helped with decisions and knew what sides complimented our main dishes. the food was beautifully cooked and presented very nicely on my plate. a rooftop bar named sora offers great views.

The standard room had a queen bed. it included fluffy pillows. the shower had a double waterfall shower head. blackout curtains did their job perfectly. I slept well. the room was clean.
